KPS4Parents was formed with a singular vision: to ensure that all eligible children, regardless of disability, receive the Free Appropriate Public Education (“FAPE”) to which they are entitled and that this can best be accomplished through effective parent advocacy.Everyoneis impacted when the special education system fails. Whether you are a student, a parent or other family member, or a concerned tax-payer, you have a vested interest in making sure that special education works for everyone who needs it.As you navigate through our site, you will note that we have embarked upon a number of endeavors that dovetail into and compliment each other with our singular vision in mind.
KPS4Parents’ Fundraising Policy
KPS4Parents understands that the choices you make regarding charitable contributions are driven by what will allow you to make the most impact with the limited funds you have available for giving. Even if you’re only giving $10 to KPS4Parents, we want to make sure that you have the opportunity to have a say in how we use your contribution.
If making a restricted donation, please email us at donations@kps4parents.org and let us know how you want your contribution to be used. Otherwise, all donations are unrestricted and can be applied to any of the costs we incur in making a difference in the lives of a single child or many children with special needs, improving educational outcomes in specific communities, and addressing systemic issues that occur throughout the public education system regarding students with special needs.
